Beginners Course: Consists of 6 classes. This is a comprehensive introduction of yoga; learning about the physical movements (asana) and use of the breath. In addition you will gain a basic understanding of the common yoga postures. The workshop is suitable for new students and experienced students who are interested in deepening their knowledge and want to ask questions.
